The best thing about Complex is the location in the city centre of Maastritch. The club on the inside is also good. However, it is not worth it at all, especially the security guards are nasty and don't hesitate to kick you out if u wear informal clothes without any refund and in case u enter, they make you pay a locker even if you wear a little bag (for some stupid reason it is not allowed to wear them inside).
Definitely recommended if you are struggling to find a real old style horror movie or a classic far-west. But it ain’t ended yet! You are lucky, they are looking for people to hire, and if the professional requirements to work there as a bouncer are the ones shown to the public, trust me, you can easily make it!
As useful is an hairdryer in a desert, as worth is this place to go.
Went there for the first time yesterday and had a really good time. Soundsystem was great, lightshow was amazing, and the club was packed (plus a wonderful artist booked:). My interactions with the staff were mostly nice- found them relatively friendly and helpful compared to some other places I've been.
However- there is room for improvement:
Many people were filming with their phones- (alot)- which influenced how safe I felt while dancing. I would have preferred to do it the Berlin way and have stickers over cameras as this both increases the club experience/vibe and makes it feel safer. I also felt the toilets were kinda sketchy- I feel sorry for ladies especially.
But all in all- a nice club experience.
THE WORST CLUBBING EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. We were a group of girls who bought the tickets for a Thursday
night (07/12/2023) at Complex (we had them in our phone), however, we had the bad luck of getting a Uber who was late and we arrived to the club at 02:02. We tried to explain our situation but we were not heard at all and security LITERALLY treated us like garbage. I have NEVER in my life been treated this badly and I am actually embarrased to admit that this has happened. They were mean, HOSTILE, racist and overall GENDER HARASSERS (they kept telling me to go home and cook for them, that “I was a woman and thus my place was in the kitchen and not in the club”…). SHAME TO COMPLEX AND ITS SECURITY!!!. The 5 security guys were EXTREMELY aggressive and ended up hitting my girlfriend and throwing her to the floor. Also, they would not stop drinking alcoholic beverages, which makes you wonder the type of people that is hired in the place… We filed a formal complaint against them and hope that the right measures are taken…

Worst nightmare for a raver!!! Disrespectful security team. They are throwing normal decent international people out for no reason with biased double standards, while the local Limburg can do/wear whatever they want. The sound system is a joke considering the money u paid. Not sure why the security has the strange/out-to-dated ideology (I hate this harsh word, but everyone should know what I mean), while this club declares no prejudices (fake scam post ever!). Overall, DO NOT COME , expats!! Luckily Brabant/ Randstad is not that far, go there! If u still want a proper rave in Maastricht, go to Landbouwbelang!!!!! (5 euro for entrance)
I’ll be real, I’ve done quite a bit of clubs including some bad ones but never ever have I experienced something quite as horrid as this one. Just from the start till the end it was absolutely awful. Huge waste of money and time…. Ridiculous to me how this place is still in business

Been kicked out for no reason (I was asking why they did not let enter my boyfriend inside although we paid the tickets to get in).
The bouncer raised me from the ground and threw me out of the barriers!
After that, he started chasing all of my friends kicking them out too!
Police?? They don’t care at all!
Disgusting mandatory locker for 7€, system of payment with tokens for which you jave to pay additional 15% +, just trying to scam ppl out of money, interior average for the prices
